Ready to order contact lenses? Here are the links and instructions you’ll need to stock up and purchase your boxes of contact lenses!
First, you’ll need your FINAL contact lens prescription. We will always hand this to you, on paper, at the conclusion of your eye exam OR at your contact lens follow-up appointment if scheduled. Hang on to this paper as it will have all the information you’ll need to order. Lost your Rx? TEXT/EMAIL our office, and we’ll send another copy via email.
Sources to purchase your contacts if you are SELF-PAY or NOT using vision benefits:
OPTION 1: Take your prescription, in person, to your chosen optical store. You’ll need the paper copy of your prescription.
OPTION 2: Order online from the optical store of choice. (Make sure to copy the information from your prescription EXACTLY as shown on your final Rx.)
